Deepen your understanding of the value of storytelling as a tool for knowledge management. Storytelling is an extremely valuable KM tool that allows users to share knowledge, develop trust and commitment to create an emotional connection. They provide a context and focus for communicating tacit knowledge and allow us to convey values, ethics, and morals that contribute to individual players' and teams' work ethics and connection to the company. This session will use a number of storytelling techniques to demonstrate how a story can be used in situations such as strategy development, change management, and evaluation.
